For some time, I have been so obsessed with eating oats and exploring different oatmeal recipes. I have made oatmeal pancakes, oatmeal swallow but after I made my first oatmeal smoothie, I knew this recipe has to stay! Now I drink my oats, I’m still alive!
Not only are oatmeal smoothies loaded with tons of protein and fibre, they are delicious, and also super satisfying thanks to the addition of a tiny little thing called oatmeal.
This recipe is best for meal on the go. The good thing about oatmeal smoothie is you do not have to cook oats before adding it to your smoothie. Are you worried about not cooking the oats? Don’t be because it taste so delicious because of all the fruits added in the smoothie and it’s still healthy. You can make as much as you want and store in a refrigerator.
If you prefer your meals freshly made, making oatmeal smoothie would be quick and easy. You have never tried it, then hopefully this beautiful creations will convince you to give it a go.

- Wash up and prepare your ingredients.
- Place oats in blender. Pour all your ingredients into blender, add water and allow oats to soften and blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Serve immediately.
Feel free to adjust ingredients based on your own personal preference. If your oatmeal smoothie is too thick, add more milk and water. If you wish it to be sweeter, add sugar or honey.
I love that this recipe is so easy to make and fully nutrients-packed. When I am in so much rush, I fix myself an oatmeal smoothie which keeps me full all day, energized and focused on work.
