How To Make a DIY Pyramid Handbag

Here’s what you will need:

  • cardboard
  • fabric
  • gum stay
  • clasp and joint
  • glue
  • needle and tread
  • scissors

Step 1: Draw out the template for a pyramid, I used this template to cut the cardboard, fabric and gum stay.

Step 2: Iron the fabric, gum stay and cardboard together. Fold all the sides and also iron.

Step 3: Apply glue to the allowance and join the sides together, leaving one side open.

Step 4: To make the handle, measure your wrist length an cut a piece of fabric and gum stay, iron and fold into two and apply glue on the second fold.

Step 5: Attach the link with needle and thread and sew it to the tip of the pyramid.

Step 6: Pass the strap through the clasp. Fold a small length of the strap and glue .

Step 7: Attach the clasp to the link on the pyramid bag.
