DIY TIERED TASSEL EARRINGS
Just as I do not own any pair of statement earrings as I’m always lazy to pick out earrings so I stick to wearing only stud earrings that I take off at bed time, place by the nightstand for easy access. From time to time I like to bring a fringe of some fun into my accessories, so when I first laid my eyes on a tiered tassle earrings on Instagram, I knew I had to make a DIY tiered tassel earrings in bold colours for myself.
Tassel earrings are back (not like it ever went anywhere) in bold colours are in trend now especially orange colour). Without further do, today’s post – as you already know is a DIY.

What you’ll need to make a tiered tassel earrings:
- Embroidery thread
- Earrings ( or earrings hook)
let’s get right to it!
Wound the embriodery thread around the card as desired. I did mine 400 times for the yellow and 1000 times for the orange.
Pass an embriodery thread though the wound thread and tie a knot at one end. Slide your scissors through the and cut the other end.
Wiggle the knot to the underside, wrap a floss of embroidery thread around the tassle wrap, and tie a knot. Pass a threaded needle under the tassel wrap to the top of the tassle.
Repeat Step 1 to 3 to create more tassles.
Now its time to pile up the tassels passing through the middle of each tassel and tie a knot one after the other.
Detach the earrings studs and attach to the tassel.
For the orange tassel to achieve the second knot wrap a floss of embroidery thread after you’ve piled the two tassels.
What so you guys think about this tiered tassel earrings? Are you the statement earrings or the simple stud earrings kind of girl? Are you up for this earrings trend?
